    Can I try Showcase XD before I buy?

    YES! Download Showcase XD from the app store and then tap on the words "sample catalog" in the bottom right corner. This will launch the sample catalog so that you can experience Showcase XD from the user's perspective.

    How do licenses work?

    Showcase XD is licensed per catalog and per iPad. What this means is that you need to build a catalog for every iPad and you'll need a license for each catalog. To purchase additional licenses just click the button in the backend portal. Still got questions about licenses? Email us and we'd be happy to explain more - support@showcasexd.com.

    How do I access the app settings menu?

    You access the app settings menu by double tapping the lock icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. The password can be found on the catalog information screen or you can contact support for help.

    Changes I made in the portal aren't showing up in the app - why?

    The app functions totally offline. If you make changes, you need to refresh the catalog for them to show up. To refresh your catalog, access the settings menu by double tapping the lock icon in the bottom left corner and entering the catalog password. Once the settings menu is open, tap the button labeled refresh to download the latest version of the catalog. NOTE: You should only refresh the catalog when you have a good internet connect as catalogs can be pretty big with all their images, videos, and handouts.

    How do I switch catalogs on an iPad?

    To switch catalogs you first need to enter the settings menu. See above. Once you're in the settings menu, tap the switch catalogs button to be taken to the list of catalogs. If you've previously downloaded that catalog you can switch without internet however it is a best practice to switch catalogs when you have good Internet.
